My solutioning methodology is loosely based on Design Thinking process where I seek to understand the user (brand, business, individual), challenge assumptions through questions and examine the underlying beliefs, viewpoints, or ideas, and redefine problems in an attempt to identify alternative strategies and solutions.

The best comes out when we collaborate. I involve stake-holders in defining, identifying and solutioning that not only delivers on the expectations but also has the buy-in from the team before we sign-off. This ensures a smooth implementation and adoption.

Two ways I can help

Book a day for the workshop

The first step starts with the workshop. You pick the day and the place and I bring the tools to get started.

The workshop is usually for 4-6 hours including breaks where we aim to achieve the clarity to the challenge put forward. We agree on the agenda, the participants and any legalities or do’s and don’ts and that’s it!

No special equipment, software or hardware is needed unless you have any proprietary requirement for which you provide your own equipment and tools.
Following the workshop, I compile comprehensive document(s) that outline your challenge and solution recommendation. These document serves as a guide, and helps you successfully qualify the internal or external opportunities for your business growth.

The range of documents vary based on the challenge and the solution. Here are some of the documents that I will produce based on the scope: Brand messaging and positioning, digital Audit, AI readiness, customer journey, competitive analysis, strategic marketing plan, content plan, KPIs, team trainings.

Short term contract

You need an on-going commitment that not only provides the recommendations but also implements and get them working. No problem!
You can hire me as a consultant for 30, 60, 90 days or longer period of time. These engagements can be full-time or flexible part-time (hourly basis) and invoiced through the ABN.

This usually works best when:

  • You want to setup a foundation before a permanent, long term senior hire.
  • You have a capable team and you need a senior lead to help guide your team for few weeks to months.
  • You want to establish a team or a business unit from scratch but don’t want to go out for recruitment.
