The first step starts with the workshop. You pick the day and the place and I bring the tools to get started.
The workshop is usually for 4-6 hours including breaks where we aim to achieve the clarity to the challenge put forward. We agree on the agenda, the participants and any legalities or do’s and don’ts and that’s it!
No special equipment, software or hardware is needed unless you have any proprietary requirement for which you provide your own equipment and tools.
Following the workshop, I compile comprehensive document(s) that outline your challenge and solution recommendation. These document serves as a guide, and helps you successfully qualify the internal or external opportunities for your business growth.
